PAUL HOYT
After obtaining a B.S. of Business from Missouri State University, Paul Hoyt began his career as a Texas Instruments salesman. He quickly realized his passion for sales, and continues to respect and value the profession. In fact, he's quick to tell you how proud he is to be a salesman. He continued his education, graduating from UNC Kenan–Flagler Business School's an MBA Executive Degree as well as Emory University with a business finance degree. As his sales and sales management career continued with various companies, his accomplishments included: leading company annual sales from $3 million to $25 million, delivering $20 million in new revenue year 1, and $24 million year 2, growing revenue from $5 million to $22 million, and generating $100 million in recurring revenue with a 55% profit margin. Paul gained tremendous sales experience working for start-up organizations needing a fast start, medium sized distressed companies needing next level revenue growth, as well as Fortune 500 companies seeking increased sustainable growth. Working with a vast array of companies, Paul has been exposed to various sales models, cultures, and company DNA's, contributing to his successful sales model. Paul is dedicated to serving as a resource for individuals, teams, and organizations who find themselves in the post-COVID-19 era, having to sell in today’s rapidly changing, stressful environment with scarce resources. He believes that sales is the engine that drives the machine, and he knows how to get that 'tank' motivated and rapidly moving in the right direction. |
